Samsung has added its Wi-Fi equipped digital camera lineup, called the Samsung ST80. This point-and-shoot camera should be available in September 2010 and will sell for price tag $249.99.
The Samsung ST80 is packs a 14.2 megapixels sensor with 3x optical zoom. The main feature of new Samsung ST80 is Wi-Fi connectivity with DLNA-enabled and AllShare function, which allows users to share photos and videos from compatible devices. In addition, the ST80 camera is able to upload content to online sites or pre-configured Boingo account service that provides access to 120,000 Wi-Fi hotspots worldwide.
It is noted that Samsung ST80 supports 720p HD video recording (1280 x 720 pixels at 30 fps) and packs 3-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 240 x 400 pixels (WQVGA).
