Samsung has announced that it has sold five million units of Star (S5230) mobile phone. This Samsung Star S5230 phone is the most expensive model of the Korean manufacturer, equipped with 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen, TouchWiz UI, 3.2MP camera with SmileShot, EDGE, Bluetooth 2.1, DNSe, microSD slot, and etc.
The official announcement of Samsung S5230 Star was held in March this year and sell phone appeared in May. First the company has sold a million and a half months. According to Samsung, Samsung Star S5230 is the 10 million milestones in November this year.
It also recalls that in late July, LG Electronics has announced the implementation of worldwide five million mobile handsets, Cookie family. This model is the main competitor of Samsung Star S5230.
Well, Samsung will soon introduce more expensive phone with a touchscreen, Samsung Corby (S3650).
