Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi: MID with WiMAX
Samsung has information about the mobile Internet device (MID) that supports the WiMAX standard. It reported that the model of Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi will be released for sale under the name Mondi. First, it will be sold only at the operator Clearwire in the U.S., but then, perhaps, would come and in other regions.
Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi MID use Windows Mobile 6.5 Operating System and it equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen and sliding QWERTY keyboard, wow it’s huge. Also among the characteristics of the device has support WiMAX networks, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, microSD slot, 3 MP and 0.3 MP camera, TV output and accelerometer. On the CPU and the memory of these new items yet, presumably, it will be equipped with at least 128 MB of ROM, and may be 256 MB. When the first MID Samsung supporting WiMAX will be on sale and how much will it cost, it is not yet known.
