Samsung X-series Notebook, never explode

At the IFA 2009 exhibition, Samsung unveiled a series of laptops with batteries that are guaranteed to never explode. It has already known several cases of explosions and ignition batteries of various electronics, as well as the detection of defects that could lead to such consequences. For example, Sony’s a few years ago had to replace the 8 million hazardous batteries, which seriously undermined its reputation and budget. Samsung, in turn, has equipped special Battery of Samsung X120, X420 and X520. Technical details of the company are not disclosed, referring only to the special ceramic coating batteries. Apparently, it can stop the inflammation, if the battery is still overheating.

Recall, Samsung X120, X420 and X520 notebook equipped with 11.6-inch, 14-inch, and 15.6-inch displays, respectively. They were represented by just a few days ago and are characterized by a very small thickness of the shell and long battery life is up to 9 hours. Notebook cover is characterized by UV-protective coating, which is hard to scratch it. Samsung X-series Notebook is presented in pearl black, pearl white and silver-titanium colors. They will go on sale in Europe next month and will cost from 699 EUR to 899 EUR.
