Samsung Xcover 271 B2710 Rugged Phone coming to Russia
Samsung has officially introduced their rugged mobile phone for Russian market, the Samsung Xcover 271 (B2710). The handset has been announced in September 2010.
The Samsung Xcover 271 (B2710) is a durable phone with IP67 and MIL-STD-810F certified that shock resistant, dust resistant and water resistant, as well as able work submerged in the 1 meter deep water for up to 30 minutes.
New Samsung Xcover 271 (B2710) rugged phone is packs a 2-inch TFT-LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) and glass covered, GPS (with Google Maps), digital compass, FM tuner with recording function, Bluetooth 2.1, pedometer, LED flashlight, 30MB of internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 16GB), and up to 600 hours of battery life (2G).
The Samsung B2710 phone is designed for GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA.
Sales of Samsung Xcover 271 should be start this month for price of 5990 rubles.
