South Korean company, Samsung has announced a new 23-inch LED monitor in its lineup Samsung XL2370 Touch of Color (ToC). Samsung XL2370 Full HD Monitor has a response time of 2 ms and is equipped with a touch control system, Starlight Touch Controls. In fact, the only major difference from the model of the P2370L monitor, announced last January, is to increase the dynamic contrast ratio, reaching values of 5,000,000:1.
