There is new leaked picture of upcoming Samsung player that first appears in last month, known as the Samsung YP-MB2.

Basically, the gadget is a modification of the Samsung I9000 Galaxy S smartphone that devoid of the GSM and UMTS features. That is similar to iPhone into iPod touch media player.

However, the Samsung YP-MB2 has a couple of important differences from the Galaxy S. First, it is equipped with 3.2 megapixel camera (instead 5 megapixels), and second, the player has no front camera for video calls and proximity sensor.

Samsung YP-MB2 is packs a 4-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n, and runs Android 2.1 with Samsung’s TouchWIZ 3.0 UI. It is comes in three capacity models of 8GB, 16GB and 32GB.

Announcement of the Samsung YP-MB2 player is expected on August 11 in New York. At the same time, it is quite possibly, will be presented with the first Samsung’s tablet.
