Samsung Zeal Phone with Dual-Hinge E Ink Keyboard
Samsung and Verizon Wireless U.S. mobile operator today introduced a newly unique messaging phone namely the Samsung Zeal.
The main feature of Zeal is its handset and keyboard design. The Dual-hinge form factor with E Ink keyboard that depending on the user’s needs vertically as a flip phone (traditional numeric keypad and can change to an alpha-only keypad) and landscape as a QWERTY keypad.
Recall, its keyboard design is reminded to Samsung Alias 2, which was released in May last year.
Verizon Samsung Zeal phone is sports a 2.6-inch screen with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA), external display, 2 megapixel autofocus camera with video recording, Bluetooth, GPS, and microSD card slot (up to 32GB). The Samsung Zeal has also provided single point for accessing social networking sites and support for Microsoft Exchange.
Samsung Zeal should be sold for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year contract agreement.
