Sanyo has expanded line of new compact camera, called Sanyo X1420, X1220, and S122, that intended for amateur photography.

The Sanyo X1420 is equipped with 14-megapixel sensor, wide-angle lens with a 4x optical zoom, and 3-inch LCD monitor. Sanyo X1420 camera is supports recording video in 720p high definition format (1280×720 pixels at 30 frames per second) and work with SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card.

Sanyo X1220 and S122 cameras are equipped with 12-megapixel sensor, a 3x zoom lens, and 2.7-inch LCD screen. Both Sanyo cameras offer resolution up to 640×480 pixels and support SD/SDHC memory card slot.

All new Sanyo X1420, X1220, and S122 digital cameras are support Smile and Face Detection features and up to ISO 6400. Battery of Sanyo X 1420 and X1220 can enable up to 210 shots and 170 shots respectively. The Sanyo S122 is powered by alkaline batteries.

These Sanyo digital cameras will be available in spring, while Sanyo X1420 can be purchased for about €150, and the price of Sanyo X1220 and S122 will be about €130 and €100 respectively.
