Elektrobit announced that its mobile-satellite communicator will be released towards the end of this year. This model is likely to become the world’s first solution that can work both in the satellite, and cellular networks. In addition, the communicator is compact, unlike the usual bulky satellite phones, and has no external antenna. It is made in candybar form with integrated QWERTY keyboard and touch screen. The device is running the operating system Windows Mobile. The names have not, because it is refers design, that is, on the basis of this product other providers will be able to create models of their own brands.
