Saygus VPhone V1 phone, Verizon’s third Android device?

U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) opened the specification of Verizon’s third Android device, Saygus VPhone V1, running a software platform of Google Android (the other two are Motorola Droid and HTC Droid Eris).

New Saygus VPhone V1 is executed in the side slider form factor, it is equipped with a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, Marvell PXA310 processor with a clock frequency of 624 MHz and 5-megapixel camera with autofocus.

The Verizon Saygus VPhone V1 has brings 512 MB RAM and 256MB ROM, slot for microSD, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and GPS receiver, accelerometer and digital compass. The Saygus VPhone V1 phone also has FM tuner, front camera for video calls and a USB port with support for the USB Host (allows connecting to a variety of phone peripherals).

Announcement of the Saygus VPhone V1 is still unknown, but its release is likely to take place early next year.
