Seagate has added the newest member of its GoFlex family of hard drives, called Seagate GoFlex Home. The drive is a sexy new NAS (network attached storage) device that provides a docking station with USB and Ethernet connectivity.

The Seagate GoFlex Home network storage system is offers streaming and data backup functions in wireless, as well as compatible with Apple Time Machine and able to connect to DLNA devices such as the Seagate GoFlex TV HD media player or most game consoles from any room in the house.

It is support for automatically back up files and folders from up to three PC and Mac computers. The Seagate GoFlex Home NAS solution has measures 80 x 135 x 171 mm and weights 1.28kg. The Seagate GoFlex Home Network Storage System is already available in 1TB and 2TB of capacities for price tag $159.99 and $229.99, respectively.
