NTT DoCoMo Japan will begin shipping their Android-based mobile Internet device (MID) in the next Friday, July 23rd, namely the DoCoMo Lynx SH-10B. The gadget is based on Sharp IS01, which was submitted in March this year. The Lynx SH-10B has inherited all of its main features, including a 5-inch touchscreen display, 4GB of integrated flash memory and full QWERTY keyboard.
The Sharp NTT DoCoMo Lynx SH-10B MID is packs dual camera with 5.3MP outside and 4.3MP inside, an auxiliary jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, 3G and 1-Seg digital TV tuner, as well as a microSD card slot.
Sharp DoCoMo Lynx SH-10B has dimensions of 148 x 83 x 17.8 mm and weighs about 230g. It is running on Google Android OS.
NTT DoCoMo will offer white and red color options. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing.
