Sharp and au KDDI Japanese cellular operator announced newest smartphone called the Sharp IS03. The handset is runs on Android 2.1 and coming in orange, white and black colors.

The Sharp IS03 phone has brings a 3.5-inch display that performed on ASV technology (Advanced Super View TFT), supports multitouch, and resolution of 640 x 960 pixels (similar to the iPhone 4 screen).

Sharp IS03 Android smartphone is packs a 9.6-megapixel CCD camera with autofocus, flash and record HD video. In additional, it is equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 EDR, slot for MicroSD/MicroSDHC memory card, infrared, and microUSB port.

Dimensions of Sharp IS03 are 63 x 121 x 13.3 mm and weight 138g. The Sharp IS03 smartphone is designed for CDMA 1x EV-DO Rev. A.

The cost is not reported yet but Sharp IS03 will be available in Japan starting late November 2010.
