Sharp PN-E601, PN-E521, PN-E471, and PN-E421 LCD Display: fanless and silent
Sharp has introduced four new LCD displays based on advanced LCD technology, UV2A (Ultraviolet induced multi-domain Vertical Alignment), which is to ensure the highest level of realism displayed in the image.
They are a 60-inch PN-E601, 52-inch PN-E521, 47-inch PN-E471, and 42-inch PN-E421 LCD Display.
New Sharp 60-inch PN-E601 and 52-inch PN-E521 LCDs have specifications of a 500 cd/m2 brightness ratio and a 5,000:1 contrast ratio. Sharp 47-inch PN-E471 and 42-inch PN-E421 can boast of 700 cd/m2 brightness ratio and contrast of 1,000:1 and 3,000:1, respectively.
All monitors offer Full HD resolution of 1920x1080p and equipped with D-sub (VGA), HDMI, RS-232C and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Moreover, Sharp PN-E601, PN-E521, PN-E471, and PN-E421 LCD Display have built-in 10Wx2 speakers, and as provided by the manufacturer, are designed for continuous operation 24/7 without the need for cooling (fanless), which means that the guarantee also completely silent operation.
Sharp PN-E601, PN-E521, PN-E471, and PN-E421 LCD Display are officially debut on the market in March 2010, their price is not yet known.
