The Chinese company, Shenzhen SED Industrial has introduced their mobile internet device (MID), called HT560, that working under Windows XP OS.
The Shenzhen HT560 is built on a VIA C7-M CPU with running at 1GHz, a 1GB to 2GB of RAM, a 16GB or 32GB solid state drive (SSD), 5.6-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 800×480 pixel (WVGA), and 1.3 megapixel camera.
Shenzhen HT560 is equipped with built-in stereo speakers, stereo microphone, and headphone jack. There are also Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (optional), GPS receiver (optional), two USB 2.0 ports, and a slot for SD memory card.
Shenzhen HT560 has built-in a 4,800 mAh lithium-ion battery and provides two or three hours. Shenzhen HT560 MID has weighs 410g and its cost is about $400.
