Silicon Power E20 Ultra Fast 2.5-inch SATA SSD
The Taiwanese company, Silicon Power has recently announced their latest solid state drive (SSD) namely the Silicon Power E20. The new drive will be available in four versions, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities.
New Silicon Power E20 SSD is built-in ECC to guarantee data reliability, TRIM support, circuit current sensors to detect fluctuating or abnormal current, and provides DDR2 cache memory.
The E20 SSD is capable of read and write speeds of 250 MB/s and 230 MB/s. It is using multi-level cell (MLC) NAND flash memory technology, and SATA 3.0 Gbps. There is no word on pricing of Silicon Power E20 SSD, but it is backed by a 2-year warranty.
