Some time ago, the network appeared mysterious images of MID device which has operating system under Android. Now we know that is a SMIT MID-560. It is fitted in 533MHz Samsung 6410 System-on-Chip or 667MHz ARM11 processor, 5-inch touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, an integrated CMMB Tuner (China’s Digital TV standard), 2GB/4GB/8GB Internal memory, slot for microSD memory card, and WiFi module.
The SMIT MID-560 supports H.264, H.263, DivX, and XviD videos. Also it has running Android OS version 1.5. The price and expected date of release has not been disclosed.
