Sony BDP-S360 and BDP-S560: two new Blu-Ray

Two new models of Blu-Ray Player Disc are newly formalized by Sony in the U.S. market. They are called respectively BDP-S360 and BDP-S560. All models are compatible BD-Live and Bonus View course, 1080/60p and 24p True Cinema. They decode and Bitstream also play in all audio formats to the market via HDMI 7.1.

The BDP-S560 is unique in that it incorporates a Wi-Fi connectivity (802.11N/G/B/A), which allows the image of the Playstation 3 to access the BD-Live content available via Internet without requiring the user to connect to a wired network. It was one of the great strengths of the Playstation 3 will be reflected as well on this model show also DLNA certified Ready.

Models BDP-S360 and BDP-S560 include a new technology for video upscaling: Precision Cinema HD Upscale Technology developed by Sony. In addition, the feature added Sony’s Precision Drive Technology. Both players support Deep Color mode, provide playback of AVCHD discs and finally include a USB port.

They will be available from next May to the USA are respectively $300 and $ 350.
