Sony CyberShot DSC-TX1 and DSC-WX1 Compact Camera with Exmor R sensor
Japanese corporation, Sony officially announced two new digital compact cameras, CyberShot DSC-TX1 and DSC-WX1, preliminary information on which we have already published. Both innovations are a function of shooting high definition video (720p) with an entry in MPEG4 format, as well as “Exmor R” back illuminated CMOS sensor technology, previously applied mainly to high-quality dSLR camera and video camera from Sony. This sensor makes it possible to significantly improve the quality of images even when shooting in low light conditions. Note that both cameras received matrix with the same resolution of 10.2 MP.
The Sony CyberShot DSC-WX1 compact camera (in the picture left) is equipped with a Sony G lens with 5x optical zoom (24-120 mm in 35 mm equivalent). In this lens with f/2.5 maximum aperture optics with a special ultra-low dispersion, increasing the clarity and detail images.
In addition, the camera received a 2.7-inch LCD screen, the BIONZ image processor, the function of recognizing individuals and smiles, as well as image stabilization system. In the settings of the camera are numerous shooting modes, including the serial shooting mode at speeds of 10 frames per second, panoramic shooting mode, as well as a special mode of shooting animals. Sony CyberShot DSC-WX1 Camera will be on sale in October 2009 at a price of $350 in the case of black color.
In turn, the Sony CyberShot DSC-TX1 camera has a different form factor and is equipped with 3-inch LCD screen and a Vario-Tesar lens with a 4x optical zoom production from Carl Zeiss. Other similar options, it has including serial high-speed shooting modes and shooting animals, as well as the recognition of people and laughter, repeating a possible model of WX1. Sony CyberShot DSC-TX1 Camera would begin sold in September 2009 in silver, gray, pink and blue color shell and it will cost $380.
