Sony Ericsson Cedar Phone gets Official
In addition to Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 Phone and Sony Ericsson Yendo Walkman phone, the Japanese Company, Sony Ericsson has formally announced another mobile phone, namely Sony Ericsson Cedar. The handset is a green phone in GreenHeart family.
The Sony Ericsson Cedar is made in candybar form factor. It packs a 2.2-inch TFT display with resolution of 320×240 pixels (QVGA), 2MP camera with video recording capability (640×480 pixels at 30 fps), 3.5mm audio jack, a microUSB port, FM tuner, 280MB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot (up to 16GB) as well as Bluetooth.
It is noted that the Sony Ericsson Cedar supports widgets and access to popular social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). In addition, Sony Ericsson Cedar equipped with the Google Maps application and Access NetFront 3.5 web browser.
New Sony Ericsson Cedar supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSPA 2100 MHz or 850/1900/2100 MHz (depending on the region distribution).
Dimensions of Sony Ericsson Cedar are 111x49x15.5 mm and weight 84g. Sony Ericsson Cedar will be start sale before the end of Q3. It will be available in Black/Silver and Black/Red.
