Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Smartphone with Android 2.3.4
Sony Ericsson today official announced new version of its Xperia Neo Android smartphone, dubbed the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V. As mentions, the original Xperia Neo was announced back in February 2011 at MWC event and has a slightly different to the new Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V smartphone.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Specifications
The Xperia Neo V phone is packs a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen reality display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, a resolution of 480 x 854 pixel, scratch-resistant, and supports multitouch. There are a 0.3 megapixel front- and a 5 megapixel rear-facing cameras, which supports recording 720p high-definition video format.
In hardware-wise, Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is boasts a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 single-core processor, 320MB of internal memory, a MicroSD card slot, FM tuner, and GPS.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V smartphone has Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality, Bluetooth, and MicroUSB port. Its dimensions are 116 x 57 x 13 mm with weight 126 grams.
A 1500 mAh battery of Xperia Neo V is enabling up to 7 hours of talk time, 430 hours of standby. New SE Xperia Neo V is designed for use in GSM / UMTS networks.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Availability
There is no word on pricing at moment but Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V smartphone will be release in the fourth quarter of the year. The Xperia Neo V will be available in three color options: white, silver, and blue gradient.
Reportedly, all the other SE Xperia smartphones which launched earlier this year will be upgraded to the latest Android 2.3.4 OS. It will support Google Talk with video chat mode, 3D Sweep Panorama, and more.
