Sony NV-U3DV Nav-U GPS navigation device with 6.1-inch

Sony Japan introduced a new GPS navigator in Nav-U series, NV-U3DV. The main feature is a large display, 6.1-inch display with resolution 480×272 pixel. Consequently, for such a large touch screen can be placed not only to plot the map size, but big and comfortable buttons. In addition, the new Sony Navigator supports gesture control and received an updated user interface. The device also works as a media player, play music in MP3 and AAC, video in MPEG-4/AVC H.264, as well as image in JPEG. Sony NV-U3DV GPS navigator will be sold in Japanese market with TV receiver.

Sony NV-U3DV Nav-U GPS navigation also supports Position+ G, which detects changes in the direction of car motion using gyroscopes and pressure sensors and provide assurance to navigate these difficult conditions, like tunnels, underground highways, steep slopes and rises, and so on. The amount of internal memory is 4GB, the device allows you to store large databases of phone numbers, addresses, and so on. This navigator has pedestrian mode and 3D display forms. Sony NV-U3DV navigation allows up to 3 hours for battery life. This product will be available in Japan on 11 August, its value would be 65,000 yen (about $694). It is not clear whether this device in worldwide.
