Sony NW-X1000: OLED Walkman Touchscreen
Apr 14, 2009 Music Player
This morning Sony Japan has held a press conference to announce the launch of its much anticipated new Walkman, the NW-X1000 Series, which was exhibited earlier this year at CES.
NW-X1000 Series offers a nice 3-inch touch screen with OLED technology, either with internal memory of 16 GB or 32 GB, WiFi (Youtube video), DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement) and a cancellation noise. Like most current DAPS, this series is actually a compact with the PMP in terms of video and photos.
Although it is a bit short in the load application, you can add some. But if you are only interested in getting a good MP3 player with recording capabilities and various TV and watch the video, the NW-X1000 is a solid product that will give you exactly what you’re looking for (even the support of drag and drop).
The design is quite good, the screen is magnificent, and Sony is clever enough to move the button around the most important device in the right place for you to control your PDA from your pocket, without the need to see it. Sized at 97.4×52.5×10.5mm.
