New Android tablet from Sony is already available in the UK market. It is dubbed the Sony Tablet P and has oddly-shaped tablet in a compact clamshell design. The Sony Tablet P can be yours for pay £499.99 at Dixons.

Sony Tablet P Specifications

This tablet’s unique form factor with a lightweight (weighs 372 grams) build is ideal for use on-the-go. New Sony Tablet P is brings two 5.5-inch touchscreen displays with 1024 x 480 resolution, a 1GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, and runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS.

Aside from dual LED backlit HD displays, the Tablet P has features a rear 5 megapixel camera, a front-facing VGA camera, a microSD card slot, and mono speaker.

In term of connectivity, Sony’s Tablet P brings Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port.

Dimensions of Sony Tablet are 180 x 158 x 13 mm (L x W x D).
