Sony has launched new flagship MP3 player lineup, called the Sony Walkman NWZ-A840 (Sony Walkman A840). The super-slim player now offers biggest-ever capacity with up to 64GB and a fresh new white color option.

The Sony Walkman A840 has four models: Sony Walkman NWZ-A847, Sony Walkman NWZ-A846, Sony Walkman NWZ-A845 and Sony Walkman NWZ-A844 with 64GB, 32GB, 16GB and 8GB internal memory, respectively. The fresh Sony Walkman should be available in European market from August 2010.

Sony Walkman NWZ-A840 player is packs Digital Noise Cancelling, 2.8-inch OLED display with resolution of 240 x 400 pixels (QWVGA), FM-radio, S-Master Digital Amplifier technology. Its battery is provides up to 29 hours of music playback, up to 9 hours of video playback. It is supported formats include MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, H264/AVC, MP4 and WMV. The 64GB capacity is offers store up to 15,000 songs or 244 hours of video.
