Together with Sony Walkman A840 exciting Video MP3 player, Sony has officially announced a new Walkman series media player, called the Sony Walkman NWZ-E450 (aka Sony Walkman E450). It is combine great sound and video performance plus a choice of five funky colors.

The Sony Walkman E450 is available in three basic models: Sony Walkman NWZ-E455, Sony Walkman NWZ-E454 and Sony Walkman NWZ-E453 with 16GB, 8GB and 4GB of capacity, respectively. But it comes in five colors: black, red, blue, pink and green. Sony is also offering portable stereo speaker dock (Sony Walkman E450K with only black color).

Sony Walkman E450 player is working with file formats MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV (audio), as well as H.264/AVC, MPEG-4 and WMV (video). In addition, it can view photos, capable of displaying lyrics in popular .lrc file format.

For better sound quality, Sony Walkman NWZ-E450 has brings Clear Bass and Clear Stereo with joined by new DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine).

Sony Walkman NWZ-E450 is sports a 2-inch display with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA), FM tuner, voice recorder, timer and alarm clock. Its battery is provides up to 10 hours in video playback, up to 50 hours in music playback.

Dimensions of Sony Walkman E450 player are 94.7 x 44 x 9.7 mm and weight 58g. The player should be available start August 2010.
