Sparkle has officially announced its latest small form factor PC, called Sparkle Calibre CUTi. It is claimed as a ‘real family entertainment center’, which is providing high definition 1080p playback and digital surround sound.
Sparkle Calibre CUTi nettop is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom 33 dual-core processor, a 160/320GB SATA hard drive (up to 500GB), up to 4GB of RAM, and GeForce 9400 integrated graphics providing DirectX 11 support and 1080p video playback.
The Sparkle Calibre CUTi is a compact, stylish, quiet, green and fully capable PC with uses less energy as low as 14W and maximum sound output of 26 dBA. Sparkle Calibre CUTi small form factor also has brings Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet, a 5-in-1 card reader, 7.1 channel audio, DVI and HDMI outputs, and supports for solid-state drive (SSD).
According to manufacture, its size is 1/5 the size of the smallest desktop computer. There is no word about pricing or availability on market.
