The HTC upcoming Android smartphone has appeared on the web again, the Sprint HTC Knight / Evo Shift 4G / Speedy. The handset is looks like the HTC Evo 4G but smaller, which likely to be launched into the market under the name HTC Evo Shift 4G.

Upcoming Sprint HTC Knight / Evo Shift 4G smartphone has a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 3.7-inch WVGA display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (instead of 4.3 inches is HTC EVO 4G), 4G WiMAX, a camera with single LED flash, and Sense UI.

The Evo Shift 4G or HTC Knight would be distributed by Sprint and become Sprint’s 9th Android smartphone. It should be officially announced on January 6th next year and will take place during the CES 2011 (Las Vegas, Nevada, USA). It is likely run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
