Sprint operator has released a low-cost phone, LG LX290. The model in the slider form factor has four keys for quick access to text messages, email, calendar and alarm clock. LG LX290 features is GPS navigation system from Sprint Navigation service, which includes voice and visual step-by-step instructions on the route, as well as information on more than 10 million local organizations. Also supported Sprint Mobile Email service, which provides quick access to personal and work e-mail, including AOL/AIM, Yahoo, Windows Live (Hotmail and MSN), and others.
Also, the characteristics of the phone include a 1.3-megapixel camera with a 2x digital zoom, 2.5 mm jack for headphones. LG LX290 screen size is 1.33 x 1.77 inches TFT with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels QVGA and 262K vibrant colors. Battery lifetime is up to 6 hours of talk time with Standard Lithium (LiIon) battery. The size of the phone is 103.8×49.2×16 mm and weight is 102 grams. The cost model is after the conclusion of the contract and the discount, just $29.99, making the LG LX290 phone is one of the most inexpensive phones with navigation functions.
