Sprint has just announced the availability of new LG smartphone on sale starting this Sunday (November 7th) namely the LG Optimus S.

The handset is Sprint’s first LG Android smartphone, which has been launched on October 30th. Sprint is planning to sell the LG Otimus S smartphone for priced at $49.99 with a new 2-year contract and after a $100 mail-in rebate.

LG Optimus S smartphone has a sleek and slim design with Charcoal scheme. Well, Sprint LG Optimus S smartphone comes packed a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touch-screen display, virtual QWERTY keyboard, 3.2MP camera with 2x digital zoom, and a microSD card slot (up to 32GB).

Another key feature of LG Optimus S is offers Mobile Hotspot capability which supporting up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices to share the 3G experience simultaneously, integrated access to social networks, Android Market for choose from more than 100,000 apps to personalize phone, and offers Sprint ID.
