The Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch in Frost White will go on sale for cost $199.99 on a 2-year contract. Like a snowy winter sky in the forecast, the Samsung Epic 4G Touch is painted in white hue on both sides of phones.

The white Epic 4G Touch smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz Samsung Exynos dual-core processor and runs Android 2.3 OS.
