The main feature of SteelSeries Shift is interchangeable keysets. Basically, it is constructed by a standard QWERTY layout, and can be customized for all types of games that providing the most convenient and intuitive control in various games and applications. It is made with premium plastic and finishes for a superior look and feel, as well as strong materials that add durability and functionality.

The keyboard allows you to record macros, and for the same button can be mounted several sequences of commands. On the left side Shift keys are provided for process control media playback. The SteelSeries Shift keyboard has onboard memory those easily record up to 3 layers of on-the-fly macros.
