Super Talent RAIDDrive USB 3.0 storage solution

Super Talent has introduced its new RAID storage system that USB powered at CES 2010, called RAIDDrive USB 3.0. The Super Talent RAIDDrive USB 3.0 is a flash drive-shaped with transfer speeds over 300MBps in SuperSpeed USB 3.0, it is five times speed of currently USB 2.0.
According to source, Super Talent RAIDDrive USB 3.0 uses a special USAP transfer protocol that offers additional speed enhancements through bi-directional data transfers. Its measure is 15.4mm tall, which is slightly taller than an internal notebook drive. Dimensions of Super Talent RAIDDrive USB 3.0 are 95 x 34 x 15.4 mm. This RAIDDrive USB 3.0 also has feature hot plug and play that like another hard drive function and more than 10 years data retention.
Super Talent RAIDDrive USB 3.0 storage solution is available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB versions. There is no information about pricing and release date on market.
