Super Talent has unveils their latest solid state drives (SSD) series, called Super Talent TeraDrive FT2.
It is a 2.5-inch SSD that equipped with either MLC or SLC NAND flash, excellent ECC with up to 24 bytes correctable per 512 byte sector. The Super Talent TeraDrive FT2 SSDs is suitable for use in database servers.
It is based on new SandForceTM SF-1500 SSD processor. Super Talent TeraDrive FT2 has features a MTBF of 1 million hours, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, and able to sequential read and write speeds of up to 250MB/s
Super Talent TeraDrive FT2 2.5-inch SSDs is available in capacities of 50GB to 400GB. Dimensions of Super Talent TeraDrive FT2 SSDs are 69.85×100.20×9.50 mm.
