Super Talent UltraDrive GX SSD, new high-speed

Super Talent introduced a new ULTRADRIVE GX SSDs Series, which it will be available in versions of the SLC and MLC.
SLC (single level cell) model of Super Talent UltraDrive GX SSD has capacity of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. It is offers a reading speed of 260 MB/s and write speed up to 210 MB/s. While the 256GB version of the MLC (multi level cell) provides speeds up to 260 MB/s read and 200 MB/s write.
Super Talent UltraDrive GX SSD uses SATA 3Gbps interface and 2.5-inch form factor. It also comes with 64MB cache memory which makes better performance of SSD. No words about the price and availability on the market.
