The Super Talent USB 3.0 Express flash drive is available in four models including the Super Talent USB 3.0 Express Drive with 16GB and 32GB of capacities, and the Super Talent USB 3.0 Express RAM CACHE Drive with 32GB and 64GB of storage.

All of them are compatible with both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 interface.

The Super Talent USB 3.0 Express RAM CACHE flash drives are coming with 32MB DRAM cache memory which is improve sequential and random write performance dramatically of up to 300%.
