Super Talent Technology, well known manufacturer of storage solution, has launched its latest solid state drive (SSD), the VSSD series. This SSD is offering faster application loading, shorter OS bootup time, and less system power consumption. According to manufacture, it is also an affordable price and never found from traditional HDD.
Super Talent VSSD series are comes in range of capacities from 8GB to 64GB. The VSSD family is a 2.5-inch form factor, a MLC NAND flash memory, and uses SATA II 3Gbps interface. The new Super Talent VSSD series SSD are reach sequential read speeds up to 150 MB/s and up to 100 MB/s in write.
It has over 1,000,000 hours of MTBF. Size of Super Talent VSSD is 100.20 x 69.85 x 9.50 mm. It has price range from about $65 (8GB) to $175 (64GB).
