Symbian Foundation has announced a special service of Symbian Horizon. It helps the developers in distributing their applications for the Symbian operating system. Participation in the Symbian Horizon is free, the developers only need to register. According to Symbian Horizon, Horizon is like a book publisher or record label service, only to software. Developers can leave a request for publication of their applications or even the idea of an application, the best development will be located in the Nokia Ovi Store.
As pointed out in Symbian Foundation blog, through the Symbian Horizon accepted as paid or free applications.
