Pharos has introduced their latest rugged PDA, known as Pharos 565 (PTL565E). This ruggedized PDA is running on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. The Pharos 565 Rugged WM6.5 PDA has features a powerful 624 MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, 512 MB Flash ROM, and 256 MB DDR SDRAM.
