TEAM Group Xtreem G1 and Xtreem R-Type SSDs

Team Group has intensive its work in solid state drives field, the company announced two new SSD families equipped with NAND memory. They are 2.5-inch SSD drives, Xtreem-G1 (S25AG1) and Xtreem R-Type (S25AR1). Their SSDs have a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2.5 million hours, and uses MLC (multi-level cell) memory chips. The models will be available in capacities of 60GB, 120GB, and 250GB.
Team Group Xtreem G1 SSD has brings 64MB cache memory, Indilinx Barefoot controller, and it offers read and write speeds of up to 260MB/s and 180MB/s, respectively (210MB/s and 145MB/s for 60GB model). Team Group Xtreem R-Type models has a RAID controller and deliver fastest read/write speed data at 240MB/s and 170MB/s.
TEAM Xtreem G1 and Xtreem R-Type SSDs have not yet suggested retail price.
