TELUS will official launch a new BlackBerry Bold 9790 smartphone in Canada on December 2nd, 2011. This mid-range BlackBerry smartphone is packing with a touchscreen and a physical QWERTY keyboard.

According to source, besides Telus, there are Virgin and Bell mobile carriers that will release this phone at same time.

The BlackBerry Bold 9790 smartphone will go on sale with price tag $479.99 outright, $129.99 on a 3-year promo.

New Bold 9790 smartphone has a 2.44-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 360 resolutions, a rear-facing 5MP camera with 720p video recording, NFC, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, and a 3.5mm headset jack.
