Chinese company, Thanko, famous for its unusual gadgets, introduced yet another interesting device, a pen with a tiny built-in camera for spy pictures, its Super Slim Video Pen. The camera on the handle is almost impossible to consider. The device may be of interest not only to officials, but rather to simply enthusiasts and are in need of this kind of devices.

Thanko Super Slim Video Pen has a 2GB internal memory with expandable to 10GB using 8GB microSDHC card. The camera is able to record video in AVI format with a resolution of 736 x 576 pixels, and make pictures with a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels. It has size 13×140 mm.

The device, according to the manufacturer is able to shoot video up to 3 hours but in order to fully charge the battery would need only 40 minutes. At present, Thanko Super Slim Video Pen is available for purchase only in the Japanese market with a Thanko’s partner GeekStuff4U.com. The cost of the device is 6980 Yen (about €54).
