At Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona (Spain), Toshiba showed off its latest tablet, the Toshiba AT270. New tablet runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and built on 1.5GHz nVidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor.
The Toshiba thinnest tablet boasts a 7.7-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB/32GB/64GB of built-in storage. There are two cameras, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
In addition, the Toshiba AT270 Android tablet packs a 3.5mm headphone jack and a MicroSD card slot for extended storage.
There is no word on pricing or availability yet.
