Toshiba has recently introduced high capacity and thin solid-state storage, the Toshiba Blade X-gale. The new SSDs are come with capacity of 64GB (THNSNC064GMDJ), 128GB (THNSNC128GMDJ) and 256GB (THNSNC256GMDJ).

The 64GB and 128GB Toshiba Blade X-gale SSD is the thinnest on market (only 2.2mm thickness). They are 42% thinner than that typical mSATA form factor solutions. It is ideal for use in mobile devices such as netbooks, notebook, tablets, and more.

Toshiba Blade X-gale SSD is providing read/write speed of up to 220MB/s and up to 180 MB/s. It is uses 3.3V voltage and SATA 2.6 (3 Gbps) interface.

New Toshiba 64GB and 128GB Blade X-gale has size of 108.9 x 24 x 2.2 mm and weighs 9.8g, while the 256GB model is 108.9 x 24 x 3.7 mm and weight 13.2grams. The cost is unknown at moment.
