Toshiba announced the forthcoming release of new versions of 10-inch Dynabook UX netbook, Dynabook UX/25JBL. This netbook model of “default” equipped with a new battery, the battery life of netbook reaches up to 10 hours on one battery.
In addition to the updated batteries, preparing to release netbook is the same Dynabook UX which it released several months ago. It is equipped with 10.1-inch display with LED-backlit and 1024×600 resolution pixels. A model based on Intel Atom N280 processor with a clock speed of 1.66 GHz and an integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics. There is 1 GB of RAM and 160 GB hard disk.
Toshiba Dynabook UX/25JBL has connections include 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and Wi-Fi. This netbook will come with preloaded Windows XP Home Edition (SP3) OS. Its weight is about 1.33 kg. Toshiba Dynabook UX/25JBL netbook will go on sale in Japan from 19 June.
