In additional to Samsung SMT-i9100 Android tablet, KDDI, the Japanese operator has also announced new Android smartphone, the Toshiba REGZA IS04 that will release in coming month. The handset is runs Android 2.1 and boasts a 1GHz Snapdragon chipset.

Toshiba REGZA IS04 smartphone has brings a 4-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixel, a 1Seg TV tuner, 12.19 megapixel camera, 802.11 b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a micro USB port, and a microSD slot (up to 32GB).

Dimensions of Toshiba REGZA IS04 are 62 x 126 x 12.2 mm and weight 149g. It is coming in two color options – Black and White. Toshiba REGZA IS04 will be available in February 2011.
