Toshiba Regza XV648, ZV650, and SV670 shipping new HDTVs
Japanese company, Toshiba at the beginning of the shipping market for the new Regza HDTVs, first demonstrated at the CES exhibition January this year. Now in this line of SV670 and ZV650 models added another series of XV648. All are equipped with proprietary FocaLight technology, enhancing image quality.
The first model in the new lineup is the SV670 LCD TV. It is equipped with a panel with a refresh images at 240 Hz, the contrast factor of 2,000,000:1 and feature 14-bit color processing, which allows a clear, bright and rich image. In addition, a TV equipped with LED background lighting (LED backlight) and it is available in versions with a diagonal of 46-inch and 55-inch, standing $2,300 and $3,000 respectively.
The next model is applied ZV650 improved background illumination technology are used as a fluorescent light source with cold cathode lamps (CCFL). LCD TV panel that also provides a refresh images in 240 Hz, a contrast ratio it is 100,000:1. This LCD TV is available in versions with a diagonal screen from 42-inch to 55-inch and its cost is between from $1,300 to $2,400.
Finally, the last of the presented model has become a new line called Regza XV648. This model, like the previous ones, using the background illumination, based on fluorescent lamps with cold cathode. Its LCD panel supports the refresh rate of 120 Hz and is made with a special coating CrystalCoat, reducing the probability of occurrence of ghosting and flare and improves contrast of image. This TV will be on sale in August, with diagonals of 40-inch to 52-inch, while the value of its range from $1,100 to $2,000.
