Toshiba has just introduced its new portable hard drive in Europe, called the Toshiba STOR.E ART 4. The newly external hard drive has a sexy high gloss black finish casing and utilized USB 3.0 connectivity for delivers rate of up to 5 Gbps.

The Toshiba STOR.E ART 4 external HDD is also built-in shock sensor for protecting data stored on the disk in case of an accidental shock or drop.

Toshiba STOR.E ART 4 is comes in three versions that difference of capacity storage, color, and measure. The 500GB model has red graphical accents flavors and size of 118.9 x 79 x 13.5 mm with weight 154 grams. The 750GB and 1TB version of Toshiba STOR.E ART 4 external HDD is enclosure with blue (750GB) and white (1TB) trims, as well as dimensions of 118.9 x 79 x 16.5 mm with 186 grams.

It is provides data protection via 256-bit data encryption and pre-loaded with NTI BackupNow EZ software. Newly Toshiba STOR.E ART 4 family external hard drive will be available later this quarter in Europe, Middle East and Africa. No word on pricing yet.
