A specifications of Toshiba Thrive tablet is a 1280 x 800 touchscreen display with wide viewing angle, a front-facing 2MP camera, a rear 5MP autofocus camera, HDMI, Bluetooth 3.0+HS, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, an SD card reader, and mini USB ports.

New Toshiba Thrive tablet is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 1GB RAM, and runs Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS.
